Where are the Cow Movies ????? ...jokes aside ;-))
first let me give you a short overview about how the Pay Per View (PPV) and normal membership system works at
crazycowmovies. It looks complicate at first glance but it is NOT !
The movies can be downloaded without a username and password. When you open the movie,
you have to use option 3 (membership) and fill out the username and password Windows Media Player (WMP) required. People can become a member and watch all movies with a personal username and
password or they can just pay to view one movie (pay per view), they will open
the movie, they press 'pay' and after the payment has been accepted the movie
will start playing right away, it all goes automatically in the background
WMP takes care of it they dont have to do anything for it.
When you open a movie the system looks on your PC if you have a license to view the movie,
if not it loads a URL (from crazycowmovies windows server). On this URL you can have a password form or
a payment form. If you have payed, or filled out a user/pass CCM server gives your system back
the license and than you can play the movie. For example if you pay for 1 week if you buy PPV,
the 8th day the system will ask you to pay again or become a member.
And if you have a user/pass you will get a license for one day, they next day
you have to enter your user/pass again, so when your user/pass expire you wont
be able to watch the movie anymore, you can trade the movie with others, but those other
people will need to pay for it before they can watch it.
